BCM67192

4x4 + 4x4 Wi-Fi 8 802.11bn Low-cost Residential Access Point Chip

Overview

The Broadcom® BCM67192 is a 4x4 2.4GHz + 4x4 5 GHz Wi-Fi 8 MAC/PHY/radio solution that supports up to 160 MHz bandwidth, enabling the development of the latest generation of higher throughput, higher performance, low-cost 802.11bn (UHR) Wi-Fi access points, repeaters and WLAN client solutions.

The BCM67192 supports the new Wi-Fi 8 802.11bn features, including increased capacity (dynamic sub-band operation, non-primary channel access, inter-AP coordination, dynamic bandwidth expansion), improved throughput (unequal modulation as well as UHR new rates MCS17 / MSC19 / MCS20 / MCS23), extended range, and optimized reliability and QoS, making Wi-Fi 8 more reliable, responsive and intelligent when combined with Broadcom proprietary features.

The BCM67192 offers a low-cost, integrated solution for dual-band and triband applications to address the stringent demands of the AI era by providing intelligent networks, better power efficiency and a superior Quality-of-Experience for users.
